A graduate of the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Rollins began her professional career working in the banking, credit card fraud, and information technology sectors. She later served as a Systems Administrator at the Family League of Baltimore, building valuable experience in both technology and operations.
In 2006, Rollins decided to pursue a career in real estate — a decision that would soon define her professional path. Over the next five years, she worked with four real estate brokerages, quickly establishing herself as a dedicated, highly productive agent. Her performance earned her Top Sales Agent honors twice, along with numerous professional accolades.
Beyond the closing table, Rollins also became a trusted voice on housing issues. After selling millions of dollars in real estate, Rollins took the next step in her entrepreneurial journey. In November 2012, after earning her broker’s license, she launched Rollins and Associates Real Estate, LLC, a full-service brokerage located in the Pikesville, Maryland area.
Today, the firm assists clients with residential and commercial property transactions throughout Baltimore City and the surrounding Maryland counties.
