Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards recognize Broker/Owner of Rollins and Associates Real Estate, LLC

(MILFORD MILL, MD – March 10, 2026) — This Thursday, March 12, 2026, BMORENews will host Black Wall Street MILFORD MILL at Island Quizine (8128 Liberty Road) from 6 to 8 p.m., honoring outstanding entrepreneurs and community leaders through the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards.

Among the distinguished honorees is Tammy Rollins, Broker/Owner of Rollins and Associates Real Estate, LLC, a respected real estate professional whose career reflects both entrepreneurial determination and a deep commitment to serving families across the Baltimore region.

A graduate of the University of Baltimore with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, Rollins began her professional career working in the banking, credit card fraud, and information technology sectors. She later served as a Systems Administrator at the Family League of Baltimore, building valuable experience in both technology and operations.

In 2006, Rollins decided to pursue a career in real estate — a decision that would soon define her professional path. Over the next five years, she worked with four real estate brokerages, quickly establishing herself as a dedicated, highly productive agent. Her performance earned her Top Sales Agent honors twice, along with numerous professional accolades.

Beyond the closing table, Rollins also became a trusted voice on housing issues. She appeared as a guest on the online talk show “Greatness Now – At The Table,” where she educated viewers on the short-sale process and explained how buyers and sellers can navigate real estate transactions successfully. She also shared resources for organizations that assist families facing housing challenges.

After selling millions of dollars in real estate, Rollins took the next step in her entrepreneurial journey. In November 2012, after earning her broker’s license, she launched Rollins and Associates Real Estate, LLC, a full-service brokerage located in the Pikesville, Maryland area.

Today, the firm assists clients with residential and commercial property transactions throughout Baltimore City and the surrounding Maryland counties. Known for its personalized approach, the brokerage emphasizes communication, professionalism, and ethical service at every stage of the real estate process.

For Rollins, real estate is about far more than transactions.

“Selling and buying property is an involved process that affects you, your family, and your future,” she says. “We take great pride in offering our clients professional and exceptional one-on-one customer service to ensure they have a great real estate experience.”

Through homebuyer workshops and seller informational seminars, Rollins and her team also prioritize education and empowerment, helping clients better understand topics such as short sales, foreclosures, property listings, and home purchasing. These face-to-face sessions allow community members to ask questions and gain clarity about one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

As Broker/Owner of Rollins and Associates Real Estate, LLC, Tammy Rollins continues to combine industry expertise, modern marketing technology, and a strong work ethic to guide families toward successful property ownership and investment.

BMORENews is proud to recognize her contributions to entrepreneurship, housing access, and community empowerment at Black Wall Street MILFORD MILL this Thursday.
