(RANDALLSTOWN – February 12, 2026) – It is with deep regret and profound sadness that I announce the passing of my beloved mother, Mrs. Margaret L. Jones, at the age of 90.With great sorrow but also deep gratitude to God for a life truly well lived, we share that our matriarch was called home into the loving arms of Jesus Christ on Friday, February 6.Mrs. Jones was born and raised in East Baltimore’s Oliver community, a place she loved dearly and where she spent countless hours serving her neighbors and working to improve her community. She later made her home in Randallstown.A proud Baltimore City Public School educator for 36 years, my mother dedicated her life to teaching, service, and uplifting others. She exemplified faith, strength, compassion, and the true meaning of public service, leaving an enduring legacy through the lives she touched.Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later time.Thank you for your prayers, love, and support during this difficult time.[Baltimore County Councilman] Julian Jones
