Baltimore Young Families Success Fund Finalizes Onboarding Process (BALTIMORE – August 15, 2022) —Today, Mayor Brandon M. Scott announced that the Baltimore Young Families Success Fund (BYFSF), Baltimore’s Guaranteed Income pilot program, has completed its onboarding process and identified recipients.
