Greetings, Happy New Year! My team and I have been hard at work since January 1st, building this year’s programs. I’m excited to launch our BOSS Impact Fund grant. Last year, I had the vision to launch a fund to raise capital, to invest in Black women-led brands. In 2022, we invested in 48 small businesses and helped these Black woman entrepreneurs level up with funding, training, mentorship, and resources to grow their brands.
