(BALTIMORE – September 6, 2022) – This week, Maryland Public Television (MPT) will spotlight HBCUs, including Coppin State University, during their HBCU Week programming. State Circle Special: Innovative Programs at Maryland’s HBCUs will highlight the Online Early Childhood Education Human Development Program.
