Famebridge Frances Cunningham Payne died of natural causes on May 18 at Gilchrist Center Howard County in Columbia, Md. The longtime Columbia and Baltimore resident was 90. Services are planned for Saturday, June 1st at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Ellicott City. Mrs. Payne was born in Richmond, VA, to the late Katherine (Banks) and Charles Cunningham, a domestic and a train porter.
