(BALTIMORE – February 20, 2025) – Sean Stinnett has been toiling in the community for a long time. Tonight, the State Central Committee for the 41st State Legislative District voted overwhelmingly for him to become the next delegate. The vote will be presented to Gov. Wes Moore for approval.
