Based in Gwynn Oak, Maryland, Extended Life Services serves both local and national clients — ensuring that everyone, from children to professionals, has the knowledge. Patrice Green is the founder.

(BALTIMORE – October 25, 2025) – BMORENews.com proudly presents the Black Wall Street NEW BALTIMORE — a dynamic celebration of Black excellence in business, entrepreneurship, and community leadership on Thursday, November 6, 2025 (6 pm-8 pm). As tradition holds, the centerpiece of the event will be the prestigious Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards, honoring trailblazers who are making meaningful impact in their industries and communities.

📅 RSVP to blackwallstreetnewbaltimore.eventbrite.com

Since 2011, BMORENews and its partners have recognized more than 2,900 leaders across 9 U.S. cities for their contributions to Black entrepreneurship and economic empowerment. This year, we’re excited to expand that legacy with the debut of the Black Wall Street Youth Awards — a new initiative designed to uplift and showcase the rising generation of Black changemakers, visionaries, and future business leaders.

Honorees include Patrice Green.

Who is Patrice?

Patrice Green, founder and owner of Extended Life Services, has been dedicated to healthcare and helping others since 1999. Her journey began after witnessing the compassionate care her grandmother received in her final years — an experience that inspired Patrice to become a Nursing Assistant and devote her career to making a meaningful impact on people’s lives.

Over the years, Patrice advanced through the healthcare field, combining education with hands-on experience in nursing homes, private residences, and hospitals. Eventually earning her certification as a Medical Assistant, she served in community clinics, private practices, and school-based health centers — where she discovered her passion for teaching.

After seeing several school and community emergencies where bystanders didn’t know how to respond, Patrice recognized the urgent need for life-saving education. Drawing on her extensive training and real-world experience, she founded Extended Life Services to empower others with the confidence and skills to act decisively in critical moments.

About Extended Life Services
Founded in 2018, Extended Life Services provides professional certification courses in CPR, AED, First Aid, and Instructor Training through the American Heart Association and American Red Cross. The company also offers Certified Medication Technician (CMT) training via the Maryland Board of Nursing. Uniquely, Extended Life Services provides K–12 emergency training courses designed specifically for students and school staff — cultivating life-saving confidence from an early age.

To date, Patrice and her team have trained more than 21,000 individuals across the region and proudly serve as approved vendors for Baltimore City Public Schools (including Charter Schools and Judy Centers) as well as Johns Hopkins University.

Originally launched part-time while Patrice worked full-time in schools, the business expanded rapidly during the pandemic, allowing her to transition to full-time entrepreneurship. A proud graduate of the Women’s Entrepreneur Business (WEB) Program of Baltimore, Patrice has merged her healthcare expertise with business acumen to continue her mission of “Extending Lives” through education, compassion, and empowerment.

Based in Gwynn Oak, Maryland, Extended Life Services serves both local and national clients — ensuring that everyone, from children to professionals, has the knowledge and confidence to save a life.
