BMORENews and The Doni Glover Show continue the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards tradition with a spotlight on community leaders like real estate professional Andrea Kerr.

(BALTIMORE, MD – March 10, 2026) — The Black Wall Street movement continues its celebration of entrepreneurship and community leadership this week as Black Wall Street MILFORD MILL convenes on Thursday, March 12, 2026, at Island Quizine in Baltimore County.

Hosted by BMORENews.com and The Doni Glover Show, the evening will feature the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards, honoring outstanding entrepreneurs and professionals who are helping to build economic power and opportunity throughout the Baltimore region.

For more than a decade, the Black Wall Street series has recognized thousands of entrepreneurs across the country — highlighting the men and women who create jobs, uplift neighborhoods, and demonstrate that economic empowerment remains a central pillar of community progress.

Among this year’s honorees is Andrea Kerr, a real estate professional whose work reflects both business excellence and a deep commitment to community empowerment.

Honoree Spotlight: Andrea Kerr

For Andrea Kerr, real estate is more than a career — it is a calling.

Her mission is simple but powerful: turning dreams into reality. That phrase is not merely a slogan. It is the philosophy that guides her work every day as she helps individuals and families navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives.

Known for her integrity, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients, Kerr has spent nearly three years serving a diverse range of homebuyers and sellers. Through those experiences, she has developed a keen understanding of the ever-changing real estate market and the ability to guide clients through even the most complex transactions.

But her commitment goes beyond closing deals.

Andrea is passionate about educating and empowering the community, helping more families understand the power of homeownership. In her view, owning a home is not simply about having a place to live — it is about building generational wealth and expanding economic opportunity.

When she’s not working with clients, Kerr enjoys spending time with family and keeping up with the latest line dances — a reminder that dedication and joy can coexist.

For her professionalism, leadership, and commitment to uplifting others, Black Wall Street MILFORD MILL proudly recognizes Andrea Kerr as a true embodiment of the Black Wall Street spirit.

Continuing the Black Wall Street Tradition

The Black Wall Street series has become one of the region’s most consistent platforms for celebrating entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders. Through the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards, BMORENews highlights individuals who are quietly doing the work of building businesses, mentoring others, and strengthening the local economy.

Each gathering is more than an awards ceremony — it is a networking hub where business owners, community leaders, and residents come together to support one another and build lasting connections.
