(BALTIMORE – August 17, 2025) — BMORENews.com and BlackUSA.News are proud to announce the BMORE Black Business EXPO, taking place on Saturday, September 6, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Downtown Cultural Arts Center in Baltimore.

This high-impact event brings together entrepreneurs, professionals, and community leaders to highlight the strength and innovation of Baltimore’s Black business community.

A centerpiece of the Expo will be the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards, which recognize Black entrepreneurs and professionals — along with the people who support them, regardless of race. Since its founding, the awards have honored nearly 3,000 individuals in cities across the nation.

Featured speakers and honorees include:

  • Paul Taylor, former Director of Minority Business for Baltimore City

  • April Ryan, nationally recognized journalist

  • Alice Torriente, political advocate

  • Monica Clark, branding expert

  • Timmy Greene, Dunbar legend and founder of One Baltimore

  • Rhon Graves, realtor celebrating 10 years in business

  • Tammy Moore, realtor celebrating 25 years in business

  • Kevin Shird, acclaimed author

The BMORE Black Business EXPO will feature panel discussions, fireside chats, the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards ceremony, and networking opportunities designed to empower attendees with practical strategies for business growth, branding, media exposure, real estate, and civic engagement.

“Baltimore’s Black entrepreneurs are building legacy and impact every single day,” said Doni Glover, publisher of BMORENews.com and founder of the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards. “This Expo is about celebrating that resilience, sharing real resources, and strengthening the connections that keep our communities moving forward.”
