Welcome to WNADA's new home

WNADA officially plants its flag on West North Avenue.

This video captures the newly renovated three-story building at North and Dukeland, now serving as the new headquarters and Annex Office of the West North Avenue Development Authority (WNADA). The project represents a major step in the ongoing effort to revitalize the West Baltimore corridor.

Under the theme “More Than Funding – A Footprint,” WNADA’s presence signals both long-term commitment and visible investment in the community. The building is believed to be the first new use and occupancy on this block in nearly a decade—marking real momentum for West North Avenue.

The ribbon cutting and open house featured remarks from key leaders, including:

  • Chad Williams, Executive Director of WNADA

  • Senator Antonio Hayes

  • Comptroller Bill Henry
