A Night of Networking & Recognition, Dec. 5th

(BALTIMORE – November 15, 2024) – As publisher of BMORENews.com and BlackUSA.News, business networking events have been a staple of our 22-year tenure. It has always been essential to be engaged with the community. Whether it is political forums, talent shows, visits to incarcerated individuals, or helping people find employment – this news organization has always understood the assignment.

When we launched over two decades ago, the internet was coming onboard. We were ahead of the curve in many ways. Today, as legacy newspapers are being challenged worldwide, we realize the power of having a current website and the need to be highly visible on social media.

Our goal is to use these novel platforms to help effect change in our community. So, we have gone from our original format of the Harambee Dinner Club to what has now evolved into the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards, where we celebrate Black entrepreneurs and professionals as well as the people who support them regardless of race.

To date, BMORENews.com and its partners have recognized over 2,700 individuals in 9 major US cities. To that end, we are pleased to announce our honorees for the December 5th Soiree. Many thanks to our partners, including Treyway Multi Treatment Services, Sisters 4 Sisters Network, Inc., the Maryland-Washington Minority Companies Association, the Mayor’s Office of Small and Minority Business, the West North Avenue Development Authority, and the Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce.
