(BALTIMORE – November 21, 2024) – It is with most profound regret that we report the passing of Jerry Cross. A legend in Sandtown, Cross advocated for the Sandtown-Winchester Transformation Project for years. He helped many people and specialized in helping those with substance abuse issues. He also worked for the State of Maryland.
Always willing to lend a helping hand, Cross will be genuinely missed.
