After 31 years in prison, Rudy Williams has returned with a boom. He is an author and playwright who is a powerful example of how a person can turn a corner and establish a new way of living.
He’s been interviewed on BlackUSA.News, our sister network, and regularly contributes to discussions about making Baltimore City a better place to live.
