The comeback episode features an exclusive one-on-one with Baltimore developer P. David Bramble, the man leading transformative redevelopment efforts across the city, including the Inner Harbor, Northwood Commons, and West North Avenue.

A seasoned real estate investor with over 20 years of experience, Bramble brings legal expertise and deep financial insight to complex development projects. A Princeton and University of Pennsylvania Law School graduate, he co-founded Madison Funding and previously practiced law at Steptoe & Johnson LLP, focusing on high-stakes real estate and financial transactions.

Beyond his professional work, Bramble serves as Board Chair of Lendistry, a national fintech CDFI supporting underserved small businesses. His civic engagement includes board roles at the Robert W. Deutsch Foundation, Johns Hopkins Bayview, Ronald McDonald House, the Abell Foundation, and others.

“This is the man reshaping Baltimore’s skyline and its soul,” said Glover. “From the Inner Harbor to Park and North, Bramble is helping replace blight with promise — like a real grocery store in the middle of West Baltimore’s food desert.
