Citywide Youth Development, home of Bmore Apparel and Frozen Desert Sorbet, opened their new $3 million manufacturing plant featuring retail stores and a restaurant a week ago – all in the 2100 block of West North Avenue. Maryland Lt. Gov. Boyd Rutherford was instrumental in helping make this happen.
