Held in the cultural and entrepreneurial heart of Atlanta, this dynamic event spotlights trailblazing Black entrepreneurs, celebrates economic self-determination, and uplifts the enduring legacy of circulating the Black dollar in our communities.

Certified Trauma Practitioner | Author | Educator | Advocate | Survivor
Dr. GiannaRose Monteleone is a nationally recognized trauma practitioner, educator, author, and survivor with over 35 years of experience in domestic violence, sexual trauma, gun violence prevention, and childhood healing.
She is the founder of Healing Hearts Publishing and CARE Center, Intl (Creative Approach to Resiliency and Empowerment), where she creates trauma-informed resources for children, parents, and communities navigating Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and life-altering trauma.
A survivor of every ACE on the original survey — and someone who has also endured the loss of her mother to domestic violence and her brother to suicide — Dr. GiannaRose fuses lived experience with professional expertise. Her work is faith-rooted, purpose-driven, and deeply personal.
Through her 25-book children’s series, Healing Hearts Books, she equips young children with emotional resilience while empowering caregivers to walk beside them with strength and support. Her upcoming caregiver’s guide offers research-backed tools for families healing together. Her forthcoming memoir, Beauty in the Broken, tells her own powerful story of survival, growth, and purpose.
A former political leader, SMART Recovery facilitator, RAINN advocate, and commissioned Kentucky Colonel, Dr. GiannaRose also founded I ME, a summer empowerment camp for girls affected by relational trauma.
