Spring Homeowner Recruitment

(BALTIMORE – March 11, 2025) – Sharing the news that we’ll hold Habitat Homeownership Information sessions this spring on March 13 at 6:00-8:00 pm, March 22 at 10:00 am—12noon, and we’d love to have you spread the word in your networks.

We’re currently recruiting for homes being rehabbed in Sandtown. We are looking for candidates willing to partner with Habitat and promise a low-interest (zero) mortgage and mortgage payments that are no more than 30% of the household income at the end of our program. Homeownership affordability is the core of all our work, and we want to invite as many people as possible to learn whether they qualify.

Please see the attached general information flyer or go to https://www.habitatchesapeake.org/work/homeownership-program/ to learn more about the program’s qualifications and how we partner with families.
