(BALTIMORE – March 29, 2025) – For 23 years, I have leveraged my journalism expertise and interpersonal skills to provide strategic guidance and valuable insights to individuals, organizations, nonprofits, corporations, and municipalities seeking to effectively engage the two-million-strong Black community in the Maryland/DC corridor.

My firm, DMGlobal Marketing & Public Relations, LLC, is the creator of BMORENews.com and BlackUSA.News—two multimedia news platforms dedicated to highlighting Black-owned businesses and politics. Baltimore, Prince George’s County, and Washington, D.C. are home to some of the most engaged voters and discerning consumers in America. They value truth, ownership, and forward mobility—always striving for higher heights and greater impact. Our mission is to provide them with the news and information they need to thrive.
We also produce the Emmy-nominated Doni Glover Show, streaming Monday through Friday on STEMCITYUSA.com, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Thanks to G. Grant Griffin Media Group and our advertisers, we now deliver The Doni Glover TV Show on WMAR-2 every Sunday at 5:30 AM.
As a community, we are stronger than we sometimes realize. Through these media platforms, we share stories of everyday people making a difference and pushing themselves to new heights. More than ever, we are witnessing a rise in entrepreneurship, with individuals taking control of their futures. This movement fuels our coveted Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards, which recognize the achievements of Black entrepreneurs and professionals. Supporting Black-owned businesses isn’t just about sentiment—it’s about economic empowerment. Whether we like each other or not, if a Black business is creating jobs in our community, we need to support it.
Since 2011, BMORENews and its partners have honored over 2,900 Black entrepreneurs, professionals, and their allies in nine major U.S. cities: New York, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Richmond, Atlanta, New Orleans, Mobile, Las Vegas, and Tulsa. Our mission is to inspire entrepreneurship, and we’ve expanded our impact with the Black Wall Street YOUTH AWARDS to spotlight the next generation of business leaders. AgileConnect of Owings Mills, MD has already partnered with us on two youth-focused events, and we are planning even more initiatives to support young entrepreneurs, including a major event in April 2025.
Stay tuned to BMORENews.com—the news before the news—where we uncover the truth!
