Honorees include Dr. Pam Love – Speaker | Executive Coach | Leadership Consultant.

Dr. Pam Love is the Founder of DP Love Enterprises, LLC, and The Finishers Network, where she leverages her extensive expertise in leadership development, training, and coaching to empower individuals and organizations. As a nationally recognized speaker, executive, life coach, and subject matter expert in training and development, Pam has served as full-time or adjunct faculty at institutions including the University of Southern California (in social work) and several universities in Maryland (in social work and psychology).

Her consulting practice focuses on executive coaching, leadership strategy, training development, and conflict mediation. Pam is a faculty member of the National Association for Public Defense and a strategic partner with Expand-NOW, LLC. She designs and facilitates impactful training programs for a wide range of audiences, including mental health professionals, attorneys, returning citizens, violence interrupters, youth, and women with histories of complex trauma.

An accomplished author, Pam has published five self-help books, one of which was adapted into a critically acclaimed stage production. Her academic background includes a Ph.D. and master’s degree in social work, a bachelor’s in applied psychology, and an MBA. She is also certified in the Thinking for a Change cognitive-behavioral curriculum.

In addition to mentoring women, Pam serves as Chair Elect and Board Member of Executive Alliance and is currently serving her second term as a gubernatorial appointee to Maryland’s Family Violence Council. Her leadership experience spans executive search committees, advisory roles, and service on various nonprofit and academic boards. She is also an Emeritus Director of the University System of Maryland Foundation Board and previously chaired the Development Foundation Board of a major university.
