About Venroy July:

Venroy July, a community organizer, investor, and corporate attorney, is running for city council to bring a new season to the 9th, which covers West and Southwest Baltimore, so its residents will have more access to food and education, feel safe, and live and work in a cleaner and greener district. Since moving to Southwest Baltimore in 2016, Venroy co-founded Baltimore Young Professionals—a networking group that brings together the city’s young professionals for carefully curated events and service opportunities—and currently serves on several boards and community organizations, including a charter school, hospitals, and museums.
