(BALTIMORE – February 20, 2023) – “Game recognizes game,” said Nicole Kirby to a mostly-woman audience in downtown Baltimore. She wanted the women in the room to know just how spectacular they are: taking names and kicking goals out of the park!

Kirby’s CarVer Communications and LTYC (Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center) hosted the Annual Black Leading Women Celebration last Thursday honoring the DMV’s most prominent Black leading women making a great impact in education, politics, media, healthcare, and the arts.

The honorees had phenomenal stories – all rooted in dreaming big and doing big. It was a testament to the power of today’s Black woman who is aspiring to heights like never before.

Congratulate all of this year’s honorees and hope to see everyone at the Annual Black Leading Women Celebration next year!
