Despite being slammed by mainstream media, there ARE people who are working adamantly to reach our young people who are cleaning car windows on street corners. Kudos to the Mayor, Brandon Scott, and the City of Baltimore for this outreach. It was so refreshing to see and report on this outreach today on North and Mt. Royal – coming off of I-83 southbound. GREAT JOB, People!
