Sherretta Peterson, CSE, is a dynamic leader whose career reflects an unwavering commitment to strategic excellence, innovation, and community service. With a robust finance, technology, and strategic planning background, she has spent over two decades guiding organizations nationwide toward sustainable growth and operational excellence. As Chief Strategy Officer of STL Global, Sherretta leads initiatives that empower businesses and nonprofits to embrace technology, expand into new markets, and strengthen their internal structures. Her expertise in implementing sector best practices, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing financial controls has transformed organizations from the ground up.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Sherretta embodies the essence of servant leadership, dedicating her time and talents to fostering economic empowerment, workforce development, and business inclusion. Having advised and mentored over 500 companies, she has played a pivotal role in shaping the success of businesses and community-driven organizations alike. As a board member for Civic Works, YWCA, and the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council MBEIC, she has been instrumental in advancing initiatives that promote education, entrepreneurship, and equity in underrepresented communities.

A Certified Sales and Marketing Executive, Sherretta is a proud alumna of the University of Maryland and the University of Phoenix. Her relentless dedication to service, leadership, and innovation has left an indelible mark on industries and communities alike, making her impact felt globally.
