With a robust finance, technology, and strategic planning background, she has spent over two decades guiding organizations nationwide toward sustainable growth and operational excellence. As Chief Strategy Officer of STL Global, Sherretta leads initiatives that empower businesses and nonprofits to embrace technology, expand into new markets, and strengthen their internal structures. Her expertise in implementing sector best practices, improving operational efficiencies, and enhancing financial controls has transformed organizations from the ground up.

Beyond her corporate leadership, Sherretta embodies the essence of servant leadership, dedicating her time and talents to fostering economic empowerment, workforce development, and business inclusion.
