Dated Dec. 28, 2022 Greetings, Senators. When Cathy Pugh ran for Mayor, she noted some 16,000 vacants. Since then, Project CORE tore some down. My point is, having lived next door to three vacants for several years, there should be some kind of legislation to combat negligent property owners. Why else would a city allow such egregious behavior to continue if it is, in fact, trying to be better? I’m not a lawyer.
