A funding agreement was reached for the multibillion-dollar redevelopment of New York’s aging Penn Station, the country’s busiest rail hub.Gov. Two suspects involved in a series of deadly robberies that targeted 7-Eleven convenience stores across Southern California last week that left two dead were hit with a slew of criminal charges Monday, authorities said. In a community alert, the LAPD warned there is an ongoing trend of follow-home robberies, whereby assailants follow victims home from places like Melrose Avenue, the Jewelry District of Los Angeles, nightclubs, and high-end restaurants. Two good Samaritans were shot Monday while trying to assist a domestic violence victim in Houston, according to reports. The shooting occurred around 12:40 a.m., Fox Houston reported.
