New hit dramady “STONERS” premiers Sunday, April 20th at Regal Royale Theatre

New hit dramady “STONERS” premiers Sunday, April 20th at Regal Royale Theatre
The story is about four young friends who are “stoners” but they bond as family and they display story lines of love, protection, & much more!

(WASHINGTON, D.C. – March 13, 2025) – New hit dramady “STONERS” premiers Sunday, April 20th at Regal Royale Theatre. Red Carpet at 5pm. Film premiers at 6:30pm. Afterparty immediately following at Carolina Kitchen Hyattsville. Afterparty FREE entrance to everyone.

STONERS was written by Stan Long, directed by Cricket Mathews, produced by Lanae Gray/Stan Long, Director of Photography Josh “5” Freeman, and starring Jeff Shelly (Houston Comedian), Terry “Goofy” Jones (DMV Comedian), Paul “Pablo” Jerry (DMV Actor), Teranee Fransha (DMV Actress), and Roscoe Johnson (Atlanta Actor).
It also features Noochie (from the Front Porch syndicated now on Fox Soul), Faith Malontè (SAG Actor), and Young E Class (Rap Artist).

The set locations were all black-owned small business establishments throughout the DMV. The story is about four young friends who are “stoners” but they bond as family and they display story lines of love, protection, and much more. There’s comedy, drama, and some real live action. The 2025 “Friday” is what critics are saying thus far.
