Meeting Notice: WNADA Resident Coordinating Council, March 8th
West North Avenue Development Authority (WNADA)
(BALTIMORE – February 28, 2025) – The WNADA Resident Coordinating Council members will be given a report by our Executive Director Chad Williams on his recommended FY25 grantee awardees on Saturday, March 8 from 10 AM to 12 PM at the Walbrook Mill Apartments’ Community Room, 2636 W. North Avenue, Baltimore, MD  21216.
The report will be sent to the WNADA Governing Board for review and approval on Monday, March 24 and shared with the public during the next WNADA Comprehensive Planning meeting scheduled for Saturday, April 26 from 10 AM to 12 PM at Unity Hall.
The WNADA Resident Coordinating Council members, as defined by Chapter 81 of the State of Maryland Economic Development Article, include the leaders of the following organizations:
  1. ALLIANCE OF ROSEMONT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS
  2. BOLTON HILL COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
  3. COPPIN HEIGHTS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
  4. DRUID HEIGHTS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
  5. GREATER MONDAWMIN COORDINATING COUNCIL
  6. PENN NORTH COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
  7. RESERVOIR HILL IMPROVEMENT COUNCIL, THE RESERVOIR HILL ASSOCIATION, AND THE UPPER EUTAW MADISON NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, COLLECTIVELY
The WNADA Resident Coordinating Council is the official advisor to the Executive Director and WNADA Governing Board on developing and implementing the comprehensive plan and initiating and funding development projects.

The general public is welcome to participate in this next WNADA Resident Coordinating Council meeting by providing limited public comment. However, the discussions and official advisory recommendations to the Executive Director and WNADA Governing Board are within the powers and authorities of the legislatively approved members of the WNADA Resident Coordinating Council.
