Souraya Christine, a 6-time published author, minister, Life Coach, and national speaker, founded the W.O.M.E.N. in Leadership Conference with the promise of being an enlightening and transformative experience. This conference aims to empower professional women to prioritize their mental health and well-being, ultimately reducing burnout, stress, anxiety, depression, and associated physical health issues.

Attendees can expect to hear from renowned experts in various fields who will share their insights on leadership, professional development, self-care, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

“Our mission is to empower women in leadership roles to prioritize their mental health and self-care,” said Souraya Christine. “We strongly believe that a woman’s success is deeply intertwined with her well-being, and by fostering a supportive community, we can all strive for personal and professional growth together.”
