(BALTIMORE – February 11, 2024) –  Do tune in to the next edition of the “Doni Glover Show” on Monday, February 12, 2024 at 9 a.m. The featured guest is Harold Diggs.

The Doni Glover Show, hosted by the award-winning BMORENews.com publisher, streams LIVE Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. EST on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.

Who is Harold?

Harold Diggs, a visionary entrepreneur, is the driving force behind the Cottda Foundation, which underwent a transformative shift under his leadership. Following his collaboration with Mr. Clayton, he rebranded his corporation as Young Successful Leaders, reflecting his commitment to fostering creativity, community development, and transformative leadership. With over 20 years of experience in youth and family development, Mr. Diggs has mentored hundreds of boys and girls in Baltimore, earning recognition through news articles and television features for his impactful community work.

Harold Diggs brings a multifaceted vision encompassing business development, community engagement, entrepreneurship, and programming. His diverse experiences have equipped him with a unique skill set, honed through years of involvement as a community leader, association president, and the head of a Baltimore-based community development corporation. His leadership journey traces back to his college years, where he served as vice president of the student government and participated in the college president’s council, collaborating with executive board members and stakeholders.

As a proud entrepreneur, Mr. Diggs is associated with various ventures, including Apple O Designs and Event Planning, Cottda One, Young Successful Leaders, Edgewood Community Association, a landscaping, lawn service, and janitorial company, and a demolition company. Additionally, he provides business coaching services through HaroldDiggs.com.

Harold’s commitment to people development led him to undergo training in crisis intervention prevention, trauma-infused care, and restorative practice coaching. As the founder of Harold Diggs Business Coaching, he focuses on nurturing new entrepreneurs, guiding individuals to become business or entrepreneurship coaches and speakers, and enhancing existing businesses. He advocates for the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (S.O.P) in companies, emphasizing structured processes for sustainable growth.

President Harold Diggs’s dedication to community service originated in 2005, marked by a personal tragedy—the loss of a youth whose smile had inspired hope. His journey began by assisting seventeen kids, and since then, he has impacted the lives of thousands of children and their families through extensive community engagement. Committed to empowering communities, Harold leverages his skill set to recommend valuable resources, ensuring residents benefit from his expertise. With the community and youth at the forefront of his mind, Harold Diggs remains steadfast in his readiness to serve and champion their causes.
