FINAL CALL: Register Now for the Historic Pennsylvania Avenue Cadillac Parade. Call 443-675-8222.

(BALTIMORE – August 29, 2026) — Is your marching band, car club, motorcycle club, martial arts group, sports club, Boy Scout troop, Girl Scout troop, or community organization registered for the Historic Pennsylvania Avenue Cadillac Parade?

This is the final call to participate in the historic community celebration, scheduled for Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon.

All are welcome, as always. However, every participating organization must RSVP immediately by calling 443-675-8222.

Registration closes Sunday, August 30, at 6 p.m. There will be no exceptions after the deadline.

Presented by BMORENews.com, Elevate Baltimore, and the Sandtown-Winchester Community Collective, the Historic Pennsylvania Avenue Cadillac Parade is a community-driven effort celebrating Baltimore’s people, history, culture, and traditions.

“This parade is a great demonstration of the culture found in Baltimore’s Black American community—a culture unlike anything else in the world,” said BMORENews.com publisher Doni Glover. “We invite the entire city to come out, experience it, and be a part of this historic occasion.”

The parade will feature marching bands, historic automobiles, classic Cadillacs, car clubs, motorcycle clubs, martial arts groups, sports clubs, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, community organizations, and other participants representing the spirit and legacy of Pennsylvania Avenue.

Pennsylvania Avenue was once one of the nation’s most celebrated Black entertainment and business corridors. The Historic Pennsylvania Avenue Cadillac Parade will bring people back to the avenue while honoring the Avenue’s cultural significance to Baltimore and Black America.

Additional parade details, including the complete route and participating organizations, will be announced soon.

To participate, call 443-675-8222 immediately.
