Tim Regan, President and CEO of The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company

(BALTIMORE – November 2, 2022) – Tune in to Doni Glover Show (DGS) Thursday morning at 9 am EST for an exclusive interview with Mr. Timothy Regan. The show will stream on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, & Twitter. DGS streams Monday thru Friday from 9 to 10 am EST. It is a part of our sister network and pandemic pivot as a news organization, BlackUSA.News, established in December 2020.

Who is Timothy Regan?

Timothy J. Regan is President and CEO of The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company.  Tim is a graduate of Baltimore Polytechnic Institute (1973) and of the University of Maryland, College Park (1977, Civil Engineering).  Upon graduation, he worked with the Maryland State Highway Administration in construction inspection until joining Whiting-Turner in 1980 as a Project Engineer.  He worked on utility, public works, and heavy industrial projects for several years including water, wastewater, power, and waste-to-energy projects.

In the early 1990s, Mr. Regan helped expand Whiting-Turner’s presence in the life sciences industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical processing, and various federal laboratory clients.  Tim serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Baltimore Committee, the Board of Visitors of the UMCP School of Engineering, and the University of Maryland College Park Foundation Board of Trustees.

In February 2017, Tim founded TouchPoint Baltimore Mondawmin, with Calvin Butler of BGE. TouchPoint is a collaboration center that works to disrupt the historic isolation in the underserved West Baltimore community of Mondawmin.
