Journapreneur: Pioneering the Digital Age of Black Journalism

(BALTIMORE – July 12, 2024) – Renowned journalist and entrepreneur Doni Glover is proud to announce the upcoming release of his new book, “Journapreneur: Pioneering the Digital Age of Black Journalism,” scheduled to hit shelves in July 2024. This compelling work dives deep into the evolution of Black journalism in the digital era, drawing on Glover’s extensive experience as the founder, publisher, and CEO of BMORENews.com and BlackUSA.News.

Glover, a three-time author and the voice behind the Emmy-nominated Doni Glover Show brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the page. His previous works, “Unapologetically Black: Doni Glover Autobiography” and “I Am Black Wall Street,” have established him as a pivotal figure in the literary and media landscapes.

“Journapreneur” addresses the significant transformation from print to digital media, while exploring the historical context of Black journalism from the era of slavery through the civil rights movement. As Robert Ingram states in the foreword, “Doni’s book adeptly addresses the rapid transformation in this millennium while chronicling the social implications and impacts of our journey.”

With a robust portfolio that includes covering the White House since 2010 and providing political analysis on major networks like CNN and TV One, Glover has become a trusted voice in American journalism. His publications, including BMORENews.com, boast one of the country’s most prominent Black news video libraries and have accurately predicted the last four governors of Maryland.

“Collaboration and partnerships have been pivotal for BMORENews.com in navigating the digital landscape,” Glover notes. Through strategic alliances with various organizations and educational institutions, he emphasizes the importance of community engagement in strengthening Black media’s reach and influence.

About Doni Glover: Doni Glover is an award-winning journalist, entrepreneur, and community advocate based in Baltimore. He has dedicated his career to empowering the Black community through impactful journalism and strategic marketing. Glover’s marketing firm, DMGlobal, has served a diverse clientele, reflecting his commitment to uplifting voices and stories within the community.

“Journapreneur” promises to be an essential read for journalists, media professionals, and anyone interested in the evolution of Black media in the digital age.
