Founded in 2002 by Donald Morton “Doni” Glover, DMGlobal Marketing & Public Relations, LLC is a premier communications and media company based in Baltimore, Maryland. Over two decades, DMGlobal has become a trusted voice in media, journalism, and community advocacy, with a mission to empower and uplift the Black community through innovative storytelling, strategic marketing, and impactful initiatives.

Media Innovation

DMGlobal is the creator and publisher of BMORENews.com, a leading news platform spotlighting Black entrepreneurs, community leaders, and grassroots movements. In December 2020, the company expanded its reach with the launch of BlackUSA.News, a cutting-edge digital platform featuring live streams from cities across the United States, including Baltimore, Los Angeles, Atlanta, New York, Washington, D.C., and Miami. Together, these platforms deliver high-quality, culturally resonant content to a global audience.

Celebrating Black Excellence

The company is also the proud creator of the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards Series, launched in 2011. This signature initiative has honored over 2,800 Black entrepreneurs and professionals in nine major U.S. cities, including Mobile, Las Vegas, and Tulsa. The awards celebrate individuals and organizations that champion Black entrepreneurship and economic empowerment, fostering community pride and recognition.

The Emmy-Nominated Doni Glover Show

DMGlobal’s reach extends to its Emmy-nominated Doni Glover Show, a daily live-streamed program on STEMCityUSA.com, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Airing Monday through Friday from 9 to 10 a.m. EST, the show explores critical topics such as business, politics, education, and community development. The show underscores DMGlobal’s commitment to thought leadership and meaningful dialogue with engaging discussions and diverse guests.

Leadership and Expertise

At the helm of DMGlobal is Doni Glover, an award-winning journalist, author, and entrepreneur. Known for his dynamic storytelling and unwavering advocacy, Glover has built one of the largest video archives documenting the Black experience, covering events from the White House to Ethiopia. His expertise extends to political consulting, community organizing, and business development, making DMGlobal a trusted partner for clients seeking innovative marketing and communications solutions.

Community Impact

Beyond media, DMGlobal is deeply rooted in community engagement. From hosting public forums during the 2015 Freddie Gray unrest to supporting small businesses through accessible advertising packages, the company exemplifies its philosophy to “leave people better than we found them.”

Looking Ahead

As a media and public relations leader, DMGlobal Marketing & Public Relations, LLC continues to expand its reach and impact, delivering high-quality content and empowering communities through storytelling, advocacy, and entrepreneurship. With a strong foundation and a vision for the future, DMGlobal remains committed to being a beacon for positive change.
