This special evening celebrates Doni Glover’s 60th birthday and the enduring mission of BMORENews. The program will feature the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards, a proud BMORENews tradition since 2011, honoring nearly 3,000 Black entrepreneurs, professionals, and allies across nine major U.S. cities.

Proceeds will support BMORENews’ independent Black media work—including our Emmy-nominated podcast, TV show, and events that uplift Black excellence. A portion of the evening’s proceeds will also benefit the Bea Gaddy Family Center, recognizing its unwavering service to the Baltimore community.

Honorees include Devin Jackson.

Meet Devin Xavier Jackson, PMP

President, Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce

Devin Xavier Jackson, PMP, is a seasoned nonprofit executive, entrepreneur, and certified Project Management Professional with more than 15 years of cross-sector leadership experience. He currently serves as President of the Greater Baltimore Black Chamber of Commerce, where he champions economic empowerment and equitable business growth across the region.

Devin is also the CEO of A Prosperous Tomorrow, a nationally recognized nonprofit dedicated to closing the digital divide by advancing technology access, digital literacy, and workforce development in underserved communities.

A graduate of Harvard Business School’s Disruptive Strategy & Innovation program, Devin blends sharp business acumen with mission-driven leadership. His career spans strategic planning, business development, digital transformation, and stakeholder engagement across nonprofit, corporate, and public sectors.

As founder of The House of Bundles, an innovative e-commerce platform that supports Black beauty entrepreneurs, Devin has helped redefine representation in the beauty tech space. He also served as Managing Partner at Prosperous International, where he oversaw global market expansion and operational strategy.

Early in his career, Devin held marketing roles at Comcast and worked in civic engagement as a liaison to the New Brunswick City Council. Known for his visionary thinking and results-driven approach, he excels in building community influence, guiding strategic partnerships, and delivering scalable solutions with measurable impact.
