His efforts symbolize the long-awaited economic and community revitalization of West Baltimore.
As vice chair of the Senate Finance Committee, Hayes oversees critical policy areas, including economic development, transportation, and healthcare. Known for bipartisan collaboration and strong leadership, his work reshapes Baltimore and positions him as a transformative force in Maryland politics.
