A graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Elliott brings a fresh perspective to state politics, blending grassroots activism with political reporting. As a freelance reporter for the Washington Informer, Elliott covers crucial local issues, while his role as Chair of State Affairs on a Legislative Committee keeps him at the forefront of policy discussions. His political journey includes leadership in Bernie Sanders' Maryland campaign and active involvement in organizations like the Maryland NAACP and Progressive Maryland.
