R. E. Harrington Plumbing, Heating & Utilities was started in Baltimore, Maryland by Robert Harrington, Sr. in 1998 and has grown to become widely regarded as the premier locally-based underground utility contractor in the Baltimore Metropolitan area of Maryland.
