Why Sheila Dixon should be the next Mayor of Baltimore! We need a cleaner, greener city, not concentrated poverty and hopelessness. We need a leader who understands the difference of warehousing people versus getting people on a viable track towards self-sufficiency. Current leadership in Baltimore is clearly okay with this scenario. The residents of Sandtown, however, are not!
