(BALTIMORE – January 4, 2023) – Be sure to register for BMORENews.com’s Black Wall Street MLK on January 12, 2023, from 6 to 8 pm at Terra Cafe Bmore located at 101 E. 25th Street in Baltimore. Honorees include Juanita Bass, the very fine co-owner of Maceo’s Lounge.

BMORENews and its partners have been celebrating Black entrepreneurs and professionals as well as the people who support them regardless of race since 2011. Honorees receive the coveted Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards. To date, BMORENews and its partners have honored more than 2,000 individuals in 9 US cities: New York, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Richmond, Atlanta, New Orleans, Birmingham, Las Vegas, & Tulsa.

Our goals are to help preserve the little-known Black Wall Street nationally and to inspire entrepreneurship beginning in the Black community. We understand that the stronger our businesses are, the better able they are to hire the people in our community.
