(BALTIMORE – December 2, 2022) – Be sure to RSVP to https://blackpressmatters.eventbrite.com/ for the BMORENews 20th Anniversary event, “Black Press Matters”, set for Saturday, December 10, 2022, from 3 to 5 pm at Nancy by SNAC located at 131 W. North Avenue in Baltimore.

Class Act Catering is known for its teriyaki salmon. Yum!

The event will feature the Joe Manns Black Wall Street Awards and the “Dear Black Girl” art exhibit by local artist extraordinaire, Tamara Payne.

Honorees include Jim Britton, Baltimore’s premiere caterer.

Who is Mr. Britton?

Jim Britton developed a passion and love for catering after many years of being employed by one of Baltimore’s premiere catering organizations. In 1991, his entrepreneurial spirit ignited the beginning of Class Act Catering.

Jim believed in world-class service and on this premise, he developed a professional staffing agency. Committed to enhancing his current endeavor, his steadfast nature helped him to secure his first contract at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. In 1992, Mr. Britton began the development and growth of what has now become one of Maryland’s leading minority catering companies.
