New Fashion Line And Fashion Power Talks Featured at New Event in Miami During Miami Art Week
Blue Coat Dress
(MIAMI – December 2, 2022) – An event entitled Bancharlla, including a tribute resort and swim fashion show, panel discussions, and power talks will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2022, at 1 pm during Art Basel/Miami Art Week at the Villa Marquesa, 13730 West 107 Avenue, Miami at a unique event entitled Bancharlla.
“We are excited to bring this very special fashion line to Miami, especially during this time when creatives and collectors from around the world are in Miami presenting, buying, and showcasing art of every kind,” said Judith Gaffney, founder/designer of Culture Trees and Producer of the event.
Bancharlla was curated to celebrate fashion as an art expression by showcasing African-inspired contemporary and stylish garments on the runway.  This creative expressionism demonstrated through fashion will bring inspiration by facilitating the storytelling of historic triumph and resilience.
The event includes a fashion show and panel discussions bringing together a consortium of creatives and influencers for power talks about the future of fashion, Metaverse, NFTs, Cryptocurrency, and more. A lite lunch will also be served.
Panelists include:
  1. Asanyah Davidson, Chairperson of Miami Fashion Institute
  2. Bitcoin Rodney, Crypto Influencer
  3. Ope the Stylist & Metaverse Influencer
  4. Francis London – Fashion & film creative – Ugly Ducklyn
Tickets to the event are free of charge and persons can register by clicking on the Eventbrite link here.
About the Producer
Culture Trees was launched in 2018 by Judith Gaffney. The brand inspiration was derived from her parents Jean and Charles Broadway who challenged her to dream big, strive for excellence, and never settle for mediocrity.
Culture Trees has been featured in New York Fashion Week, Miami Swim Week, Paris Fashion Week, and other venues locally and abroad. In 2019, Culture Trees launched a sustainable collection made with 100% organic cotton in Burkina Faso, West Africa, where they employed artisans in a small women’s cooperative.  This sustainable collection was featured in the Fashion Institute of Technology Gallery in Manhattan, New York, where she is currently an adjunct professor.
