Baltimore City Department of Public Works’ Small Business Development Program C/O 2019

Some 78 entrepreneurs, the largest cohort yet, completed their training, including OSHA certifications, and celebrated with a closing ceremony at Morgan State University’s Earl G. Special thanks also to Pierre Stewart of PSA and to Robert Harrington of R. E. Harrington.
