(NEW ORLEANS – May 29, 2025) – Be sure to RSVP for the long-anticipated Black Wall Street NOLA. It’s our 10th Anniversary! It will take place on Thursday, June 5, 2025, beginning at 7 pm at Corey “Bing” Mathis’ 2 Phat Vegans at 303 Decatur, New Orleans, LA 70116.

RSVP to blackwallstreetnola2025.eventbrite.com today!

Honorees include Régine René-Labrousse.

Who is Régine?

Régine René-Labrousse is a Haitian-American social entrepreneur, intercultural strategist, and
founder of Replenish 509 and Reviv Ayiti, two mission-driven ventures focused on cultural
equity, economic revitalization, and diaspora engagement. A native of New Orleans and
daughter of Haitian immigrants, Régine has spent over 15 years building platforms that unlock
opportunity at the intersection of culture, community, and global systems.

After serving as a U.S. diplomat in four countries, Régine transitioned into the private sector as
Head of Corporate Affairs for HEINEKEN’s operations in Haiti. There, she championed a
$250M expansion plan and led an $18M sustainable sourcing initiative, elevating the role of
local farmers in the supply chain. This experience solidified her belief that systemic change must
be led from within communities—and it inspired her entrepreneurial journey.

Through Replenish 509, Régine has consulted with institutions and small businesses to secure
millions in funding, strengthen local leadership, and design initiatives rooted in cultural pride
and economic inclusion. Her second venture, Reviv Ayiti, activates the creative economy as a
tool for transformation—organizing cultural events, residencies, and storytelling platforms that
elevate Haiti’s global narrative.

Régine is a builder of bold ideas and inclusive systems—bridging policy, philanthropy, and
entrepreneurship to help communities not just survive, but thrive.
