Ray Lewis Speaks at Choo Smith 20th Anniversary Banquet

Lewis, the Hall of Famer Baltimore Raven linebacker, spoke of investment in 52 cities. A transformative $600 million investment in the Choo Smith Communiversity brand was announced at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront Hotel, marking a major milestone in its expansion to 52 cities nationwide. Spearheaded by former Harlem Globetrotter Choo Smith, the initiative has gained support from key figures like NFL Hall of Famer Ray Lewis and Maryland Governor Wes Moore.

The inaugural Communiversity will be established on an 18.5-acre site in Cold Spring, Baltimore, designed as a mixed-use campus offering youth programs, community services, sports facilities, retail, and housing. This state-of-the-art project aims to foster education, wellness, and economic empowerment in underserved neighborhoods.

Key contributors include:

Ray Lewis, whose influence and leadership have helped secure critical support and expand the initiative.

Victor Vazquez, an investment and innovation expert, providing strategic oversight for the project.
The Communiversity’s Baltimore launch symbolizes resilience and collaboration, serving as a blueprint for revitalizing 52 communities across the U.S.
