Who is Nicole?

Nicole Earle is a dedicated real estate development and financial services executive with nearly 30 years of experience serving the private and public sectors. She provides expert guidance in all phases of real estate development, financing, and project management, with a strong focus on revitalizing low to moderate-income communities. Known for her diligence, problem-solving abilities, and results-driven approach, Nicole has successfully managed and closed real estate deals nearing $1 billion in volume.

As the visionary leader behind Dominion Real Estate, LLC, and Dominion Community Development Corporation, Baltimore-based impact investment enterprises, Nicole channels her expertise into projects that foster economic empowerment and community growth. She aims to close the wealth gap through residential and mixed-use developments that uplift underserved areas. She is a trusted advisor to nonprofits, churches, and early-stage developers, adding capacity and ensuring smooth, equitable, and beneficial transactions for all parties involved.

Nicole began her career at NationsBank after completing a management training program. She then transitioned from the Homebuilder Division to the bank’s Community Development Corporation. As she grew in her career, her leadership roles have included Chief Real Estate Officer for the Housing Authority of Birmingham and Vice President of Commercial Community.
Development Lending at Fulton Bank, where she helped finance transformative projects like Lexington Market and Northwood Commons, and before that, the Chief Operating Officer of TRF Development Partners (now ReBuild Metro).

Nicole’s unwavering commitment to lasting community impact has earned her recognition and leadership appointments. In 2025, Baltimore Magazine honored her as one of the Women Who Move Maryland, and in 2024, I95 Business named her a Woman of Influence in Business for her significant contributions to Baltimore’s revitalization.

Governor Wes Moore appointed her to the Maryland Thoroughbred Racetrack Operating Authority and, most recently, to the Maryland Racing Commission. Former Senator Shirley Nathan-Pulliam selected her, and she co-chaired the Housing Subcommittee of the State Taskforce for Social Determinants of Health. Additionally, she served on the Maryland Comptroller, Brooke Lierman’s Transition Committee, and the Board Treasurer of The Family League of Baltimore. After completing two terms as a board member, she now serves as an Advisory member of Green Street Academy.

Nicole holds degrees from the University of Albany and Carnegie Mellon University and graduated from Leadership Baltimore (2020-2021).
