NYC: Shut Down Attica screening on Sept. 13th and call to action Invitation letter
A special screening of the award winning documentary Attica to be followed by a call to Action.

Alliance of Families for Justice

(NEW YORK – August 31, 2023) – In recognition of the 52nd Anniversary of the Attica uprising and the subsequent massacre, we invite your organization to join us on September 13, 6 p.m. at the Maysles Cinema, 343 Malcolm X Blvd, Harlem, NY. for a special screening of the award-winning documentary Attica to be followed by a call to action.

This screening is free and open to the public, however, you must RSVP to confirm entry. We are offering 5 seats to your organization.
Please RSVP with the full names of those who will be attending and send them to Lumumba@afj-ny.org. Your seats will be confirmed via email. This invitation is non-transferable and not a confirmation.

We look forward to you and your organization joining us for an evening honoring the lives lost at Attica in 1971 and recommitting ourselves to finally shutting down Attica!
