To adhere to COVID-19 safety guidelines, the 26th Annual Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival will be held in-person Saturday, Sept. 17, 2022, 10 am-7 pm. Our goal is to offer you a full day of fun for the family where we will celebrate our history and the opportunities ahead through cultural art, history, diverse empowerment presentations, music, dance performances, storytelling, and more.
